Watch the Parade while you receive VIP Treatment along with Great Food & Drinks at the Hawks Nest in either the Garden Patio or on the smoker friendly Roof Top Veranda . Across the Street at City Center Park the City of Benton Harbor Parks & Recreation Departments is holding the Blossomtime Block Party with three great bands playing! The Funtastics, Work In Progress and The 1985 will perform from 4pm-10pm.
